Helpdesk Online provides 24 hours 7 days a week service for your customers and access to your staff. It provides Bulletin board style communications, each ticket may have number of responses any response may be marked as hidden to facilitate internal communications and notes. It has intelligent ticket routing as well as manual and automated escalation supported. Ticket and customer databases support up to 10 user definable fields to keep additional information. Each field may be configured as a text, select menu or checkbox. Supported attributes: hidden, read-only, mandatory. The solved problem is stored in a searchable database, which saves time of staff by not answering the same questions again and again.
