It manages all the history of previous tickets and responses given by the technicians. Number of customers can update the information in same ticket. Tickets can be created via E-Mail; web based forms or can be created by technicians on behalf of customers in case of phone or fax. System can generate reports and it also has the ability to send reports via emails. Response requests can be assigned or transfer manually or automatically by setting rules. Customer is responded every time his/her ticket is updated.
