It manages a step-by-step history of ticket for technicians. It also has report that displays summary of all the work. Administrator can easily search clients; tickets and technicians, the status of tickets are also visible and administrator can e-mail any ticket to technician. Clients can categorize, such as Hardware, Software or Network request and set priority for their requests.
