Help Desk Lite is simple and free to use. Customer visits the web and clicks the link “contact us”. A simple form appears after submitting the form, confirmation page will be displayed along the unique ticket no. such as #5346. At the same moment a mail is sent to the specified email address, ensuring all agents are informed about your ticket.

An agent logs into the system, select the inquiry ticket from the list of pending service tickets and claim responsibility over it. The software system then removes the ticket from the pending queue and sends an email to the agent’s email address as if the customer sent it. The agent then replies the customer by simply clicking the replay button of his/her favorite mailer program.
