Beyond help desk software Help Spot is help desk portal, you can easily change the look and feel of the portal so that it matches your organization’s site. On the home page of portal there a link “Submit Request” that navigates to the request form. If customers provide email address then they are notified via email on their requests. It also allows staff to search the request posted by customer or other staff of the organization, so that they can be aware of all the interactions. For further updates on the request Help Spot provides facility of request notes and any response of the note by customer or staff is integrated in request history. History is displayed in reverse order to easily review the most current update; these updates are comments on request that will be emailed to the customer.
